Double Bedroom

I am a friendly, social, working professional. I am a live in landlord looking for a tidy and respectful housemate, ideally who has similar interests (but not essential!). After my previous housemate of 7 years moved out I have last month refurbished the bathroom and am now looking for applicants for the spare room.

A bit about me - I am a 32 year old male. I am a scout leader. I enjoy reading, walking, learning new skills, camping, cooking, canoeing and much more. I work Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30. At home I am usually quiet, either cooking, eating or watching a film. I have stayed in touch with my old housemate and we have become close friends.

The house is maintained and decorated to a good standard, the bathroom is 1 month old, the kitchen 2 years old and the rest of the house is comfortable and modern. It is located 1.2 miles from the train/bus station and town centre, there are local shops a 5 minute walk away and plenty of parks and green spaces.

This furnished double room includes, double bed, 2x bedside tables, radiator, large built in wardrobe with shelves and hanging space and a lamp. A small selection of other furniture is also available if you would like.
