We are renting out the downstairs kitchen and upstairs very large bedroom with bathroom in our annex. The spacious, light and airy kitchen is equipped with modern amenities (more available on request), and upstairs the spacious bedroom has a seating area and large bed, with en suite bathroom (bath/shower). There is a private entrance to your part of the annex which would be shut off from the other room which is an office in the day 9am - 7pm weekdays, and vacated at night.

The real highlight is the stunning view of fields and woods in the distance, with evening sunsets in the distance.

Shared off road parking included.

We are a welcoming and easygoing family with two young children in the main house. We also have two quiet, small dogs. Therefore we are ideally looking for someone respectful, tidy who enjoys the quiet day to day goings on of countryside life and is away most weekends or doesn't mind the hum of family life, which is more so on weekends as we enjoy having friends and family around.
