We are two journalists and a 5 year old child who have recently moved to this unique former coaching inn in the heart of Burnham.
We’re looking for someone who is good with kids, reasonably sociable, tidy and respectful and willing to provide references and be DBS checked. Weeknight-only lets considered.
Pets can be considered (nothing poisonous or scary)!
No couples please.
About the accommodation:
🛌**The room**:
- The newly refurbished, large double room has a view of St Peter’s church and the rear enclosed walled garden.
- Comes with a desk and office chair, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, clothes hanging/ shoe storage and under bed storage.
- Parking is available
- Entrance is via a (well used) playroom with TV which is you are welcome to use.
- Downstairs bathroom is shared but yours to leave your stuff in, we will use the family bathroom for bathing
🏠 ** Location:**
- We are at the bottom end of Burnham High Street, 15-20 minutes walk from Burnham Station, close to M4
- Easy access to Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead, etc

- Eat-in kitchen with double doors out onto the courtyard garden

• We will get landlord references checked through Vorensys (which will require photo ID, proof of income, contact details of any landlords/ letting agents you’ve rented from in the past 3 years and addresses of all the properties you’ve lived in over the past 3 years)
• We will also ask for three forms of ID to run a basic DBS check (though Disclosure Scotland) which lists any unspent convictions.
