A lovely double room in a clean, 4 bedroom home in a quiet cul-de-sac. Whilst this was my family home, I live in the house predominantly on my own. My partner is in the military so is back occasionally and I look after my grandaughter every two weeks but that is mainly at weekends.
I have 2 small dogs a Pomeranian and a Shihpoo and both are friendly.
You can make use of the kitchen to cook meals and the dining room to eat.
The room can be personalised by adding a TV and there is a chest of drawers for storage.
There is really good local transport into Reading or towards Newbury and it is only a short drive from Theale train station.
The house is also very close to the M4 junction 12.
