We’re looking for a housemate in Caversham.

The Room
comes furnished with a king size double bed, a desk, a large wardrobe under bed storage and two shelving units. (in the images you'll see two wardrobes, there is now a desk on one side by the window)

The House
features a spacious, shared open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, along with a utility room and 3 bathrooms + a downstairs loo. There’s a large garden with a patio, a driveway for parking up to four cars, and a storage shed for bikes. The TV has most subscriptions. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, a dishwasher, and all the essentials.

Located
in Caversham, the house is a 5 minute drive, 15 minute bus or a 25-minute walk to Reading Station.

Monthly Bills
work out at about £200 per month which covers council tax (band F), electricity, gas, water, TV license, internet, and a weekly cleaner.

A bit about us
The other housemates are Gomez, 28, who works in Finance, and Michael, 35, who works in biomedical engineering. I'm 33 and work in video production. I'm into motorbikes, triathlon, cooking, and camping. We’re all friendly, sociable and tidy.
