Double Room in Caversham Reading

We're looking for one more housemate to live with us in Reading.

As you can see from the video tour, the house was recently renovated with a large shared open-plan kitchen - living room, utility room and downstairs toilet. Two of the rooms are en-suite, whilst the other two share a bathroom. There's a large garden with a patio, garage and driveway for 4 cars. TV has most of the subscriptions. There is a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave and washing machine.

The house is close to Caversham and a 5-10 minute drive to Reading Station/25-minute walk. The house comes with everything (toaster, kettle, etc.) which will all be available for use.

I'm 30, I run a video production company. I am into, hobbyist engineering, motorbikes, triathlon, cooking and camping.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a small desk and a large wardrobe just outside the room on the landing.

Bills come to about £150 each during the summer months and £200 in the winter. This covers, council tax, electricity, gas, water and weekly cleaner.
