You’ll be sharing with Emma (28) & Francesca (23). Emma works in tech and Francesca works for the NHS.

Emma moved in just over 12 months ago and Francesca relocated from Northern Ireland May this year. They’re friendly, welcoming, and keen to find someone likeminded.

A furnished loft bedroom, including:

✔️ Clothes rail
✔️ Chest of drawers
✔️ Aircon (wall unit booked in to be installed this summer)

The room will be being fully redecorating before your arrival! 🧑🏻‍🎨

💷 Rent: £700 per month (all bills included + monthly clean ✨🧼)
📆 Tenancy: Minimum 6 months
🪑 Can be offered unfurnished if preferred

A semi-detached home on a quiet road in Caversham 🌳

🚶‍♀️ 15-minute walk to station & town centre
☕ Short walk to central Caversham

• 3 double bedrooms
• 1 bathroom (shower & bath)
• Downstairs toilet
• Open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner
• Small patio garden

🚗 Parking is a little complicated.. there is street parking right outside but unfortunately we don’t have a resident permit, so free parking is before 9am, after 5pm and all weekend. Free street parking (anytime) is just under 10 minutes walk away on a different road. The driveway spaces are currently taken by Emma & Francesca.
