Reading has trains every 10 minutes to central London ( Paddington) including the new Elizabeth line which is connected straight to central London Padding and Bond Street right through to Liverpool Street.

It is also very accessible to Heathrow airport via taxi, car or bus. The room comes with fully equipped WIFI and you will enjoy peace and quiet.

The bedroom is brand newly done up with a brand new oak floor, freshly painted with a new double bed and new mattress. The home also includes a newly down up bathroom and a great new shower.

There is a lovely dining room to relax and eat your food with a comfy sofa and wall mounted LCD TV

There is also a new patio just done up outside with garden furniture and the garden is has just being finished with a new lawn seeded, ready for spring.

Alongside all of the above the property will be very quiet during the week if you wish to WFH

The term of stay can be flexible either short term.

The Monday to Friday rental will also mean you will be basically alone in the property during the week so it will be peaceful and quiet.

A discount can be given rent is paid upfront.

The price includes some of the bills. No couples unless discussed and the cost would be different.

The house will also only be occupied at the weekends by the other roommate so nice and quiet all week so basically you have the place to yourself.
