Hello! I have a room available in my quiet, two-bedroom ground floor flat.

The property is in a quiet part of Lower Caversham, with easy access to Reading town centre and train station, good river walks and a nature reserve nearby. There's also off-street parking and a lock-up shed for bike storage.

There's a bus route from just down the road into the centre of town (the 23 or the 800) which takes about 10 minutes. It takes about 20/25 minutes to walk to the town centre.

The room on offer is a decently sized double with a desk, chest of drawers and cupbord.

There's a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer.

The living room is really bright and faces the sunlight for most of the day (as you can see in the photos). In the living room I have a 50 inch TV, a Playstation 4, plus subscriptions to Disney+, ESPN+ and Netflix. There's a large dining room table which is perfect for working from home.

I'm a live in landlord and I often WFH. I travel often with work, so often the flat would be just for yourself. I occasionally record podcasts for work either in my room or in the living room, where I have a space set-up, but I am flexible around when and where I work.
