It’s a large room, with a rear garden view, has it's own ensuite and well equipped kitchen and off street parking. It's even got its own entrance door, its own garden area and a garden shed to store you push bike (should you happen to have one.) The room is fully furnished. All you will need is a TV and bedding. The kitchen has all the equipment you could ever need.

We are looking for a professional male only. Sorry, no couples or females, no pets or commercial vans. Ideal tenant would be a mature professional male who is comfortable in their own space, or perhaps mature student / overseas visitor who is here long term. We are a family of 4.
