The house is in a GREAT location in Caversham area RG4 5BF. With both bus stops and train stations, the house is ideally situated for those working in the City Centre, around and outside Reading. It’s in an ideal location for any professionals who need peace after a long day of work but only a short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars.

The kitchen has an oven/hobs, washing machine, dish washer, TWO fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster.

This house has been such a wonderful place to live over the past year. It is perfect for young professionals who value a comfortable place to call home with housemates who become great friends! Tanya the landlady is always available if anything needs replacing or improving which is such a bonus. I have really enjoyed my time living in the house and would recommend it to anyone who is making a fresh start in Reading, it is a truly happy home 🏡

100% recommend this house share. This was one of the best decisions I made moving to Reading. The housemates are lovely, sociable and in general the vibes are great. The location is ideal, 20 min walk to the station for commutes into office. If working from home, there is enough space in the room for a desk to do so. The neighbourhood is nice, with the best neighbour right next door. I very much enjoyed my 3 years here and feel that I have made friends for life. The landlady is great - super fast responses and fixes to issues that may arise.
