Double room in beautiful West Berkshire village

Double room with en-suite shower room in a beautiful country house in the West Berkshire village of Compton. Newbury 15 miles, Oxford 20 miles, Reading 15 miles. Mainline fast train to London from Didcot Parkway. Sole use of a living room if desired. I am an IT professional working from home. I am looking for a tidy professional person who will enjoy living in this lovely location. The house is very spacious, so there is plenty of personal space. It would suit an animal lover as I have 2 well behaved dogs - they do not have access beyond the kitchen and snug, so the majority of the house is dog-free. I am easy going and friendly and would welcome someone who is the same. I am happy to chat and be sociable but also respect that we don't always feel that way! My main hobby is equestrian and I keep my horse on site, but the facilities are completely separate from the residential area.
