Clean, modern, very quiet MON-FRI room with lovely views over fields, available in lovely 5 bed Victorian, clean and modern house.

Lovely modern bathroom is 2 steps from your room

Room has a double bed, tv table, desk, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and loads of under-bed storage

Pricing is based on a Mon-Fri or similar let however if you need less/different days and like the look of the room and location do drop a line there may be some tweakability :-)

Mon to Fri lodgers only thanks. The right person would ideally be a daytime worker (rather than an overnight worker).

The house isn't suitable for working from home I'm afraid, due to landlady's occupation

Location of the room is at the far end of the first floor so very private and almost self-contained. It's the best room in the house !

There is also an upstairs lounge area for you to chill out / eat/ watch tv , whatever you like

There will occasionally be a foster cat in the house, but it shouldn't affect you as he/she cat is usually restricted to one or two rooms downstairs

Off road parking is available, or parking on the road outside the house is fine too

Lovely area with local country walks, gastro-pubs in the village and River Thames nearby for fab walks and views!

6 minute stroll to our train station means it's great for getting to London (35mins), Heathrow, Maidenhead, Reading, Slough etc by train - or by car it's just 12-15 minutes to the M4 or M40.

This is a friendly, happy household :-)
