I am looking for a responsible adult to look after my home whilst I am away - my nephew resides in the house and is in charge while I am away along with my son who lives nearby.
I am looking for a respectable person who will take care of the home and will keep all shared spaces clean and tidy - including the garden. The home is in tip top condition and I expect it to be kept in the same condition as I leave it. I will visit home on occasions when work allows.

This is a clean and tidy home which is decorated to a high standard in a very quiet area of Crowthorne. There is easy access to the M4/M3 corridors and a 5 minute walk takes you to Crowthorne train station which provides direct trains to Reading, Guildford and Gatwick Airport. I expect any potential lodger to be respectful and to adhere to his rules etc....
There is a craft beer/wine bar, bakery, chemist, restaurant and various other independent shops within a short walk. Lots of woodland and lakes for the outdoor pursuits.
There is a garden 'pub' with the addition of a hot tub for those relaxing summer evenings!
The kitchen and utility has recently been refitted with all the mod cons.
There is off street parking on the drive when there is space but there is plenty of additional street parking with no restrictions.
