It is a charming village house very close to Newbury and all amenities. Very comfortable bedrooms with TV and tea making facilities. Lovely farmhouse kitchen with AGA so very cosy in the winter.
I breed Labradors so there are sometimes some dogs around. They are mostly kenneled but come in the house to be fed.
I only let my rooms from Monday to Friday with a minimum of 3 nights
