Parking for 1 quiet car on driveway term term only and public off road parking across the road from the house. 2 mins walking distance to 2 great pubs and direct access in 1 minute to ridgeway for lovely walks and bike rides. 2 minutes to get on A34 - 10 mins to m4/Newbury. Room for tenant only no visitors unless agreed with landlady. No tv ariel.
