II am a working professional who mainly works from home and live with my sister. We have a spacious double room available to rent in our clean, modern home.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, and lamps. If you would prefer to bring your own furniture or redecorate the room to suit your taste, we are happy to discuss this.
The kitchen and living room are shared, and we keep the house clean, tidy, and respectful.
The room is located on the first floor, where there are three bedrooms in total. One bedroom is used as my home office, one is occupied by my sister, and the third bedroom is available to rent. There is also a bathroom on the first floor, which will be shared with my sister.
We are looking for a clean, considerate, and friendly professional who will enjoy living in a peaceful home.
