There is a spacious living room with a TV and dining table for 6-8 people, a modern rear kitchen and garden to eat outdoors and I will be planting more in the garden.

The shed is 6x8 so it is big and spacious to fit a bicycle and other items.

Double car parking available on the driveway and for those who don't drive, there are local bus routes to travel into the town centre or across to Reading.

California County Park is right on the doorstep, great for walks, cafes, sitting by the lake, running, with the local ParkRun starting point less than 5 minutes away.
