Professionally decorated double-room

The room has been recently decorated and is bright and airy.
There is a huge wardrobe, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, and small-double bed. There is a large window to this room but it's a bit hidden by the curtain (right-hand side).

The room would suit a quiet and possibly introverted but nevertheless chatty individual who is a working professional perhaps on a short-term contract away from home, or somebody looking for a place to live before a house sale completes.

The potential applicant should be neat and tidy in appearance and mannerism, and polite and reliable in character. My pet dogs are very friendly and like to make themselves known, so my house is only suitable for dog-lovers.

This is my house and my home. I need the tenant to respect that. It is a large home but I will only ever have one or two tenants.

The room is available every day but could also be available on a part-time basis.

I am clean, tidy and work from home.
