Share home with owner and 1 other lodger. House is in a quiet, rural location, on edge of village (no thru road off no thru road; so very little traffic). Good transport links. 10 mins drive to Newbury or Thatcham stations, 20 mins drive to Basingstoke, 5 mins drive to large Tesco. Village shop. Broadband and wifi.
Note; There are currently no pets in the home, but I am actively looking for a new dog since my last one died.
