Share home with owner and 1 other lodger. House is in a quiet, rural location, on edge of village (no thru road off no thru road; so very little traffic). Good transport links. 10 mins drive to Newbury or Thatcham stations, 20 mins drive to Basingstoke, 5 mins drive to large Tesco. Village shop. Broadband and wifi.
I have a rehomed 6 yr old show cocker who is calm and sweet, but does bark at front door and pigeons.
