Room available in house in Hungerford

I am looking for a lodger to join me in my house. LIVE IN LANDLORD.

It is a large bedroom at the top of the house with king size bed, furniture & storage.

£650 per month including bills.

Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom & garden.

Living room is incredibly cosy and includes a log burner. Garden is wonderful to sit in during the warm weather and there is also a seating area on the patio outside the kitchen.

Unfortunately there is no designated parking, however there is on street parking just a short walk away.

Looking for someone who mostly keeps to themselves as I work long hours and is tidy, clean and respectful.

Please note that I do own a dog.

Hungerford is a wonderful market town filled with antique stores. There is a train station a 10 minute walk from the house and also quick access to the M4 only a 10 minute drive away.

There are lots of wonderful restaurants & pubs within walking distance of the house. Tesco's is also very close by.

I would prefer someone who does not work from home.
