Prefer someone who does not work from home as I do, and is ok with dogs who do not live in but come and go during the daytime.
Evenings are quiet, gym, netball, seeing family so nothing wild, no late nights. Would suit a working professional looking to stay near work during the weekdays. Happy to negotiate which days but will not offer Fri or Sat night.

Parking on driveway available and use of kitchen, living space and garden fine.

House is currently for sale but is not sold so tenancy would end whenever agreed exchange date was to occur following a successful sale.
