2-bedroom ground floor flat in a Grade 2 Listed Building located in Lambourn. Fully furnished, double bed with under bed storage, chest of drawers, bedside table and single wardrobe. Shared bathroom, living room and large kitchen. Small communal garden. No parking but parking opposite that is free. Right by the High Street so easy access to the pubs, shops and market but as the property is around the back, there is very little noise. No remote workers please. I work from home most of the time and don't feel the flat has the space to concentrate if there are two people working from home. Ideally, you would be out during the day between 9 and 5.

I am easy going, sociable and clean person who works full time, mostly from home. I am looking for someone similar who will be clean and respectful of my home. Non smokers/vapers only please. You would need to like dogs as I have a small Cavapoochon. He can be anxious when meeting people for the first time, so will need to meet you before moving in to be sure you are both comfortable around each other. He is much better with women so I will only rent to a female.

All bills included in rent. A lodger agreement will be drawn up and character refences and deposit will be required.
