- Side table with two drawers.
- TV (connected to wifi to use for various apps e. g. YouTube, Netflix).
- Chair (can be removed on request).
- Ceiling deep shelves and two cupboards (plenty of storage!).
- Bin.

Shared house areas:
- Kitchen (with dishwasher and all standard kitchen amenities).
- Bathroom (main bathroom and ground floor toilet).
- Dining room.
- Lounge room with TV (inc. sky TV).

Cozy, warm and clean single room for single female occupant only. Would be using shared house areas listed above alongside live in landlord (Female, Age Category: 50-60). I am a shift worker, therefore am not considering applications from those who work from home.
