The house is a town house set over three floors in the popular area of Boulters Lock. Situated in a quiet cul de sac just 400 metres from the River Thames where you can enjoy calming, scenic and relaxing walks. The house is also within walking distance to Maidenhead town centre and railway station.

Your bright, spacious double bedroom with en-suite is located on the top floor. The room is fully furnished and includes a double bed with inbuilt storage, mattress with memory foam topper, wardrobe and two bedside tables.

The middle floor boasts a bright and airy open plan living/ dining area which has a large stylish corner sofa, television, dining table with chairs, and side cabinet. The kitchen is also on the first floor which includes a large fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven and dishwasher. There is access to a washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor.

The other lodger's bedroom is also on the top floor. The top floor and middle floor is shared. The landlord will be primarily based on the ground floor where he has his own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living/dining area.

The house has a well-kept large back garden which you are very welcome to use and enjoy. The landlord takes pride in looking after his garden and enjoys a bbq or two in the Summer - which of course you will be very welcome to join in with.

You will have your own off-street car parking space to use.
