This room is on the ground floor and is next to the sitting room. It has a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a wardrobe in it.

The house is about 5 minutes walk from Maidenhead train station, and 8 minutes walk to the town centre with all the shops and restaurants.

The house also has a very large garden with a rear patio.

The train journey into London takes 25 minutes, and it is 5 minutes drive away from the M4. It is also 2 minutes walk from the local rugby club and running track. There is a garage for bikes and plenty of storage.

The sitting room has enough seating for 9 people and leads directly out to the garden. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with a range cooker, 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer.

There is also a table in the kitchen that seats 6 people.

All bills, internet and a cleaner are included in the monthly rent. The wifi is superfast Virgin Business Broadband.

The current flatmates are all young professionals in their early to late twenties.
