Newly refurbished room in Maidenhead

Our property is situated in a quiet area in Maidenhead, away from the main road where noise pollution is very low.
The surrounding area is friendly, has lots of greenery and routes for pleasant walks.

We are a 5 minute drive/ 20 minute walk to Maidenhead train station with easy and quick links into London; able to get to London Paddington within 25 minutes. Elizabeth Line access from Maidenhead.
We are a 20 minute walk in to Maidenhead town centre and the property is also a 5 minute drive to join the M4 motorway.
There is a large, newly built Pure Gym which is approximately a 7 minute drive and opposite a large Lidl.

It is a family home, and due to allergies we request no pets are allowed in the property. We also do not condone smoking/ e- cigarettes or vapes within the property.

We have one double room of single occupancy to rent (bed and cupboard provided) and are looking for an individual professional, no specific gender required. Pictures of the room are provided.

There is a shared kitchen space, with a washing machine and 1.5 bathrooms.

We have a good amount of parking space at the front and back of the property.

Bills and council tax are included within the price and this will include broadband/ WiFi access too.
