Hi! I’m Sam (30) and I’ve just moved into my first home. I’m clean, tidy, and looking for another like-minded housemate.

I live with Dylan (mid-20s) — we’re both working professionals and in London part of the week. We’re friendly and social but value a calm, tidy home. Think occasional dinners, a drink, or Xbox evenings — nothing wild.

We’re both into sport and staying active (gym, rugby, rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking). Our previous housemate was great but has moved closer to work (happy to provide a reference).
