Hello everyone, I am the lead tenant at this 3bhk flat. We are sub letting a double room. It's bright and has a view towards the High Street. It comes with an additional storage in the room itself along with a couple of shelves, study table & an office chair. The landlord has also provided the electric room heater cum fan to individual rooms in the flat.
The flat has a spacious living room, kitchen with dining table, washing machine & a bathroom which is shared by the three flatmates.
We are two professional males already living in the property. Looking for a professional male to share the flat. All three flatmates are responsible to maintain the tidiness of the apartment. I love cooking, watching movie, listening music & going on walks. We respect each other's privacy. It's a non smoking flat, so if you are an smoker, you may use the bacony for smoking. The rent for the double room is 670pounds per month (includes wifi) plus an equal share of bills are paid by all 3 flatmates. Please reach me out if it suits your requirements.
