The home is shared with the homeowner and a friendly dog, offering a calm and welcoming environment rather than a busy house share.

Single occupancy | Minimum 3-month stay

Occasional overnight guests are fine by prior agreement.

I prefer to have a short initial video call before arranging a viewing, so we can get to know each other a little and make sure the house and living arrangement feel like a good fit for both of us.
