Good location in Furze Platt . The house is directly Opposite Tesco Express . Great if you dont have a car

There is private parking for 2 cars , a car park opposite the house plus plenty of on street parking so parking is not an issue

Located just 10 minutes walk to Furze Platt train (which takes you directly into Maidenhead station) or 20 minutes walk and , 5 mins drive to Maidenhead station.

All the housemates are professional working people and all the housemates are very respectful and keep the house clean and tidy.

A holding deposit is required to secure the room, this comes off the first months rent when you move in

There is a Security deposit held throughout the term and returned at the end of the tenancy. This is held with Mydeposits. co. uk and you will receive a certificate for this
