A wall mounted TV and comfy arm chair with footstool completes your private space. You also have access to the rest of the house which includes: kitchen, dining room, lounge, media room, laundry/utility and garden.

The existing housemates are easy going and enjoy an occasional glass of wine or meal together in the evenings.

There are dogs, rabbits and chickens so you must love animals and will benefit from free range eggs in the summer.

A vegetarian/vegan, eco-friendly, socially aware individual is preferred.

Your rent includes a cleaner, but you will be expected to keep your bathroom and all shared areas clean and tidy.

Also supplied are ethically sourced washing powder, loo rolls and cleaning products as we are trying to minimise our environmental impact.

There is private off-road parking and space in the garage for your push bike.
