I currently live in the house with my son who is at Uni, our cat & an AWE lodger. The annex would ideally suit a professional person Mon - Fri (previously AWE tenants, easy 10 mins to both sites) who would describe themselves as easy to live with, clean & tidy. Bedding & a towel can be provided & laundered fourtnightly when the room is cleaned. The house is situated 5/10 mins drive from Junction 11 0r 12 of the M4, & a 5 mins drive from Mortimer/Theale train station with easy access into Reading, Basingstoke & London.

Local amenities within a few mins drive include Co-op/Tesco local, & various pubs. Wokefield Park Hotel & Golf Course with driving range, bar, gym & swimming pool is a few minutes walk.
