The annex would ideally suit a professional person Monday - Friday (previously AWE tenants, an easy 10 mins from both sites) who would describe themselves as easy to live with, clean and tidy. Full time tenants will be considered. The house is situated 5/10 minutes drive from Junction 11 or 12 of the M4 and 5 minutes drive from Mortimer/Theale train stations with easy access into Reading, Basingstoke and London.

Local amenities within a few minutes drive include Budgens, Tesco local, various pubs, take aways. Wokefield Park Hotel & Golf with driving range, bar, gym & swimming pool is a short walk away.

I will require references and a security deposit & 4 weeks notice to end the contract. Cleaning can be arranged.
