I have a fair use policy so all you have to worry about is the rent and your own food

I’am putting my double room up for rent as my current tenant has moved out.

The room consists of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 5 drawer cabinet and a bedside table. The room also comes with New bed linen and duvet etc.

Although there is no en-suite you will have access to a shared bathroom by another tenant which has an Aqua lisa power digital shower fitted and some basic storage.

In the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, air fryer and microwave with Miele Washing machine and Miele tumble dryer. There is also direct access to the garden (south facing) with table, chairs, firepit and Webber BBQ for relaxing when the weather permits! You don't have to worry about using all of your own stuff living here as you are free to use what we have in the house pots and pans ect. (If anything, else might be required please ask).

The house is located very close to the A4 and about 5 minutes from the M4 which makes access to the local area very easy. The house is within walking distance of local shops such as Tesco, Lidl, One Stop(post office) and a small fish and chip shop. The local bus route (Vodafone) is also within very short walking distance.
