My home is relaxed and friendly, and just a 10 minute walk from Newbury town centre. This is a quiet street with shops and buses nearby. The Vodafone bus route is at the end of the road, and the train station is a 20 minute walk away. This is a great location for exploring the town and surrounding areas.
The double room includes a quality memory foam mattress, high quality sheets, duvet & pillows and bath towels. The room has a wardrobe, drawers and TV with Netflix and an Amazon Fire stick.
I don't want to sound strict, but I get an awful lot of enquires from people wanting the room 7 days a week. To clarify, this room is:
Monday to Friday only, no weekends

For someone working in the area during the week
You must have a main home elsewhere
7 days a week will be considered on a short term basis, at £1000pcm.
