Sharing with myself and my cat Lola..
Ideal for professional looking for short term accommodation in Newbury, short walk into town, Close to the transport links, including the vodaphone bus, train station and shops that are open late.

The room is fully furnished, with use of the kitchen and dinning area.
This will include use of all its utensils, including washing machine and dryer.

The property has a large drive, for safe overnight parking, garden space to use, and storage for bike.

Two week’s minimum stay
Monday-Friday £150 let is available.
Deposit would be taken for the room, and returned once vacated and the room inspected.

About me:

I’m a live in landlord, so I’m ideally looking for someone who values a peaceful and respectful home environment.
As the household is only two people, I wouldn’t be looking for someone to work from home, as the room isn’t set up for this, and I occasionally do work from home myself, which would be the dinning room.
