The annexe is also well placed for several large supermarkets, an edge of town retail park, a post office, and a Sainsburys store with a petrol station (3 minutes away by car).

The thriving and historic centre of Newbury offers excellent shopping, its own theatre, cinemas and gyms, a choice of restaurants and the Kennet and Avon canal runs through the heart of the town.

The annexe is surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are many good walking and running routes from the doorstep. Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) is a 5-minute drive away.

📝Please note: This will be a lodger arrangement in an annexe with a private entrance, en-suite and kitchen, within a detached house. The householders are a professional couple in their late twenties who are welcoming, considerate, and very respectful of the privacy of others. The annexe is separated from the main house by a door.
