Hi! I am a live-in landlord with a furnished double room, with separate own bathroom, available to rent Mon-Fri. The room comes with a double bed, mattress, built-in double mirrored wardrobe (so lots of storage).

I work in London Tues-Thurs so you will have the flat to yourself during those days. There is underground parking with one allocated space which you have full access to during the week. Full access to the kitchen, shared living room, etc. All I ask is that someone is tidy and respectful of the space.

£800 per month bills included.

The apartment is 2mins walk from Newbury Racecourse station, which is 20mins to Reading & 55mins to London Paddington. Only 15mins walk to Newbury town centre.
