A modern and spacious house just been renovated to a high standard in Newbury within a quiet sort after area. Only a 10 minute walk to the town Centre, Waitrose and 5 minutes to Northcroft Leisure Centre.

It has a great open plan kitchen/dining/living area fully equipped with induction hob, double oven/grill, integrated full height fridge freezer, Combi microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen opens onto a garden with a spacious patio, a large shed is provided.

The bedroom are fully furnished with king size or double bed a sets of drawers wardrobe and bedside table are provided. There is an ethernet cable and aerial socket if you wish to have your own TV.

Wifi is provided throughout the house.

The house is cleaned once a week.

Requirements for an individual to lodge must be in full or part time employment that don’t work from home, aged between 20-38, no pets and to be clean and tidy.

Looking for the right individual who would get along with the current house mates.

No couples or short term lets, minimum stay of 2 months, also one month rent deposit and a months rent to be paid upfront all bills included.
