My daughter Gemma has a lovely, large double room available in her charming two-bedroom Victorian terraced house in Newbury. The house is in a fantastic location:
🚶 5-minute walk to Newbury Train Station ( direct trains to London Paddington only take 40 minutes)
🚶 10-minute walk to Newbury town centre with cafés, restaurants, shops, cinema and the theatre in Corn Exchange
🚶 5-minute walk to a large Sainsbury's supermarket
🚶10-minute walk to the bus station (buses to Harwell Science Park, Oxford, Reading)

Gemma's home is full of Victorian character and has a cosy, creative feel. It's fully equipped with everything you need, including: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, electric oven and hob, fast Wi-Fi etc.

Gemma is a Creative Director with a love of art, design and creativity. She is friendly, easy-going and has shared houses herself before buying her own home. You'll also be sharing with her gorgeous Maine Coon cat, Leona, who''s gentle, affectionate and cuddly.

Gemma is looking for a like-minded female housemate: honest and reliable, clean and tidy, friendly and sociable.
