This is a BIG beautiful double room for someone who wants a room with lots of space to live in. It is a ground floor room with a shared ground floor shower room very conveniently next to it.
It is in a large 5 bed house sharing with 6 other working/professionals. There is a large shared kitchen / diner with all the usual facilities. There is also a courtyard garden and patio area.
The rent includes All Bills and Broadband.
It is located 15 mins walk from the town centre close to the University and RBH Hospital in a nice wide quiet road.
Viewings can be arranged at any time.
Thanks
Brian
