🛏 Room 4: Your first floor double room is available NOW for £775pcm including ALL bills, fully furnished with double ottoman bed, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit and desk

Bathroom is shared and cleaned weekly by our cleaning team.

Eligible applicants can use Reposit instead of a traditional deposit. You pay a non-refundable fee of one week's rent (minimum £150) before move-in. If your tenancy continues beyond 12 months, a £30 annual renewal fee applies. Reposit is FCA-regulated. You remain fully liable for any valid end-of-tenancy charges, including unpaid rent and property damage.
