* The communal spaces are tastefully decorated and perfect for getting to know your fellow housemates and promote a friendly Home and long standing tenants

* Include Brad, Connie, Rachel and Will plus Patrick who has recently moved in, so you wouldn't be the only newbie. They are all hard working friendly young professionals and get on really well and are looking for a new housemate to replace Will who is moving to Manchester with his job
* They typically socialise and eat together some evenings and watch TV
* They have a mix of interests including cooking, football, tennis, badminton, fencing, keeping fit and going to the gym, video games, watching TV and movies, reading, drawing, going to the theatre, shopping and socialising. They also love music and travel, who doesn't?

"I only lived at William Street for a year but I've had an amazing time. The house is in a great location just 10 minutes away from central Reading and the station and has great living spaces inside and out. I have got on so well with my housemates who have made me feel very welcome and introduced me to lots of new people. It makes a huge difference to a house being able to come back and watch TV together or go out and do things on the weekend. Moving to Reading and knowing absolutely no one this house was perfect for me and will be for anyone else who wants more than just a place to sleep.

Julie is a great landlord who gets things fixed quickly and is very easy to get in contact with should you need her. She's always on top of her duties and gives plenty of warning before she comes over. She also really listens to the house's opinion on potential new housemates and is happy to wait for someone who is a great fit."
