I am looking for a professional person to rent a semi, self contained annex in a quite location which is 5 minute walk to Reading main line station and a similar walk to Reading town center and less than that to beautiful Thames side walks.
The annex is spread over two floors with its own front door.
There is off road parking too.
It benefits from downstairs and upstairs toilet with an en-suite shower leading off the self contained bedroom.
Downstairs is a combined sitting and dinning area with its own secluded back garden.
The only shared element is the use of a kitchen and utility room where a washing machine is available for use.
