Very spacious en suite room near university

Very large ensuite 2nd floor room in a family home. We are a professional couple with two children and three cats.

The house is in a great location for Reading university (2 minute walk to Earley Gate), Earley station and public transport to Reading town centre. A friendly street with shops very close by and other amenities in walking distance including several green spaces.

All bills included. Household consumables like laundry liquid and toilet paper also included. We are trying to be an eco-concious family and would welcome a housemate sympathetic to this.

There is a shared kitchen, dining/living area and garden. We have some off street parking and would be happy to have a discussion about shared use of this. We have electric car charging and a lockable shed for bike storage.
