We have a 12.5ft x 11ft double room to let in a quiet shared house, available in July. It is on the top floor and is furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and shelf units. Rent is £550 all in (yep, bills included!) and deposit is just £400.

You'll be living with two working professionals who are respectful and friendly; as a household we have a great balance of chatting in the kitchen and giving each other space.
