Modern double room in a stunning new build home in Arborfield Green, just outside of Reading. Driveway parking, ultra high speed wireless internet access, Netflix, all bills included. The double room has been fully furnished with use for a lodger in mind, so somewhere you can truly feel is your own private space. It includes a double bed that has under bed storage draws, the bed also has a very comfy memory foam mattress. In addition there are floor to ceiling modular wardrobes, you can set up the storage however you want, it has storage draws, hanging rails and shelving that can all be moved around to suit your needs. There is also a desk/dressing table. The bathroom is directly by the room, and is not used by anyone else 99.9% of the time. It has in fact not been used by anyone else but a lodger for more than the last 4 years now.

Local shops including a Co-Op only 3 minutes drive away, or 15 minutes on foot. Reading, Wokingham and Bracknell are all easily accessible by car. There is also a bus service all the way to Reading train station, and Wokingham town centre.

Many people have possessions they may wish to just store somewhere for safe keeping. I have some storable that can be used for such items that are rarely needed.
