A bit about the house:
I’m a professional, sociable, and easy-going live-in owner, and I’m looking for someone with a similar vibe to share the space.

The house is bright, modern, and has a really relaxed atmosphere. The heart of the home is a fantastic open-plan kitchen and dining area, which is great for cooking. The lounge is its own separate room, making it a perfect space for relaxing or catching a film on the 65" OLED TV (complete with Premium 4K Netflix in full HDR, and a very comfortable 5-seater curved recliner sofa!).

The Bedroom & Bathroom:
The double room is fully furnished with a lodger in mind, creating a comfortable space you can truly call your own. It includes a double bed with handy under-bed storage drawers, a very comfy memory foam mattress, and access to Premium 4K Netflix in full HDR right from your room. There are also floor-to-ceiling modular wardrobes (you can easily rearrange the drawers, rails, and shelving to suit your needs) and a desk/dressing table.

The main bathroom is directly next to your room and is effectively yours, as it's not used by anyone else 99.9% of the time.

Internet & Extra Perks:
If you're into tech or working from home, you'll love the setup here. You will have your own dedicated, private Wi-Fi network and a hardwired Ethernet port in your bedroom. This means your smart devices stay completely private and won't ever interfere with the rest of the house.
- All bills are included (including Council Tax Band E).
- Driveway parking space is available.
- If you have extra belongings, I have a bit of indoor storage space for items you rarely need access to.

Location:
- Local shops (including a Co-Op) are a 3-minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk away.
- Reading, Wokingham, and Bracknell are all really easy to get to by car.
- Excellent bus links straight to Reading train station and Wokingham town centre.

You will only be sharing the property with me, as there are no other adults or children living here. The house is strictly a 'vape-friendly' home - vaping is perfectly fine indoors, but there is a strict ban on smoking and tobacco products, please.
