The home has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, lounge living area and a sunny garden so there is plenty of room. On-street permit parking available.
Sharing with a friendly 20-year-old female who works in marketing and 30-year-old male who works at Tesco’s nearby, who I also rent spare rooms to. The guy does not work from home and the girl works from home about once a week.
All bills included (Internet, Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, TV license).
