Double room in a two bed flat. I am home 4 day/mth

The flat is currently on the market to be sold, therefore this could be a short term (4months let) and will have regular viewings. I live mainly at my partners house, and would be at the flat few days a month. Will also let you know when I will be there. So you are getting the whole flat to yourself for 90% of the month.


I have a double room to rent in my flat. The room comes with its own bathroom. The furniture can be rearranged or removed as preferred. There is plenty of space for a desk.

The flat comes with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Flat is on third floor, with a lift and you need a fob to get in to the building so very safe. There is underground car park that you need a fob for to get in with a designated parking spot. The development has a private court yard at the back of the building and a park right in front. The building is very quiet.
All bills included.
As I will not be around much, I am keen on finding someone that will treat my home like their own, and keeping it very clean, especially as trying to sell it.
